Turkey's largest mobile phone company by subscribers, Turkcell, said Thursday it will appeal a Turkish court for a ruling ordering it to pay Turkish fixed-line operator Turk Telekom 279.2 million lire ($187.2 million) after a dispute over interconnection rates, the Ihlas News Agency, or IHA, reports.
