Turkish fixed-line operator Turk Telekom Thursday said a court has ruled that Turkcell, the country's largest mobile phone company by subscribers, must pay it 279.2 million Turkish lira ($187.2 million) due to a dispute over interconnection rates, Ihlas News Agency, or IHA, reports.
