Vodafone Essar Ltd., the Indian unit of Vodafone Group PLC, said Wednesday it launched a per-second billing plan for prepaid customers in Delhi and its adjoining areas.
The company will charge INR0.01 per second for all local and long-distance calls within India, it said in a statement.
Vodafone's move follows similar plans
