Directories firm Yell Group PLC Thursday extended the deadline for its lenders to respond to its refinancing proposals for the third time until 1700 GMT.
The firm said that if it can't reach the acceptance threshold by this evening it may pursue a Court-approved Scheme of Arrangement.
