The European Commission Tuesday cleared Belgian telecommunications company Belgacom SA to take sole control of Belgacom International Carrier Services, or BICS.
BICS is currently a joint venture between Belgacom, - which holds a majority stake - Swisscom AG and South African telecommunications company MTN Group Ltd.
