Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. has expressed an interest in running Ethiopian Telecommunications' networks and operations on a revenue-sharing basis after the Ethiopian government invited requests for interest, the Economic Times reported on its Web site Thursday, citing unnamed sources close to the development.
