T-Mobile USA on Monday temporarily suspended selling its Sidekick messaging-centric cellphone following an embarrassing loss of customer data.
T-Mobile's Web site lists the Sidekick line of devices as "temporarily sold out." A T-Mobile spokeswoman confirmed that sales of the phones, which are popular with younger customers, have been halted.
