 Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc., the global leader in WiFi3 next generation WiFi technology, today announced the company has partnered with Trispec, a leading wireless engineering and distribution company in Canada with operations across the country. The partnership will enable Trispec to leverage Edgewater Wireless’s next generation WiFi3 technology and deliver a carrier grade, rapid deployment, scalable WiFi solution to the company’s extensive customer base of telecom carriers, and internet service providers. The solution will enable Trispec customers to rapidly deploy advanced, next generation WiFi networks and customer solutions.

Edgewater Wireless is also pleased to announce that the company has engaged, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Phoenix Communications Group to provide strategic investor relations and financial communication services. Phoenix will focus on providing investor relations advice and services to Edgewater Wireless. The company will pay Phoenix a $6,000.00 monthly fee for investor relations services. The company has agreed to grant the Phoenix Communications Group 500,000 share purchase options at an exercise price of $0.10 per share and 500,000 share purchase options at an exercise price of $0.15, vesting quarterly over 12 months, subject to the terms of it's shareholder approved option plan, TSX Venture Exchange vesting policies and TSX Venture Exchange approval of the investor relations agreement.
