Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei Technologies Co., which was banned from working on Australia's new 37.4 billion Australian dollar (US$39.31 billion) high speed internet network on security grounds, is asking to be treated as a normal business in Australia, The Australian Financial Review reported Friday.
