The Moscow Arbitration Court upheld a claim by Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service and prohibited Russian mobile company VimpelCom and its parent company VimpelCom Ltd. from paying 2011 dividends worth RUB18.9 billion, Russian business daily Kommersant reported Friday, citing a court order.
