Research commissioned by Openet and conducted by STL Partners suggests that there is irrefutable evidence that telecoms operators have the assets available to help third-parties using their networks to further enable their businesses, reduce their transaction costs and interact with end-user customers more effectively.
STL Partners interviewed 25 major third-parties (including Google, Fox Networks, Warner Brothers, American Express, Microsoft, Salesforce.com) and 15 operators worldwide (including Orange, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, Deutsche Telekom, Etisalat, SingTel, Turkcell, Axiata), exploring the opportunity for operators to add value to third-parties and what needs to be done for them to be successful.
Find out which telecoms assets third-parties most value, why operators are caught in a prisoner’s dilemma, what is preventing them from moving faster and what they need to enable to be successful.
