Turkish telecommunications giant Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. is looking east and toward other adjacent markets as the company looks for international growth, according to company official.
"We are looking at the surrounding region...North Africa, Middle East, where we don't have a strong presence," Koray Ozturkler, chief corporate affairs officer, said Tuesday
