Swedish network equipment vendor L.M. Ericsson Telephone Co. said Friday it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Nortel Network Corp.'s Code Division Multiple Access, or CDMA, and Long Term Evolution, or LTE, assets in North America.
Ericsson said in June it was entering into a $1.13 billion asset purchase agreement
