An Argentine federal appeals court has suspended a Telecom Argentina SA shareholder assembly after a lower court earlier this week blocked Telecom Italia SpA's voting rights.
The decision came in response to an appeal filed by Telecom Italia, which objected to next week's assembly if it couldn't exercise its proportional rights.
